bid chopping (竞价性)压标；压价投标 分包人〔subcontractor〕中的一种惯常做法，尤其用于建筑工业投标中。指投标人自愿地将报价降于他人所报的一个低价之下，目的则是以后从总承包人处获得分包合同。由于压价投标较为盛行，故总承包人和分包人并不期望受分包人向总承包人所提价格的法律约束。
